Soccer Recap: Saugatuck Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Saugatuck was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They fell just short of the South Haven Rams by a score of 1-0. Saugatuck were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as South Haven apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Saugatuck's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for South Haven, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Saugatuck wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Coloma on the 23rd. As for South Haven, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 8-0 victory against Bloomingdale on the 23rd.
