After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Maryvale, Dunkirk was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Fredonia Hillbillies with a sharp 45-22 win. The Marauders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Kingston Hall was a one-man wrecking crew for Dunkirk as he rushed for 371 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 17.7 yards per carry. Hall really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of Jareese Gaines, who gained 133 total yards and a touchdown.

Dunkirk was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 524 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.

Despite the defeat, Fredonia saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ayden Wronski rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 33 receiving yards. Luca Gullo was another key rusher, rushing for 83 yards and a touchdown.

Dunkirk is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season. As for Fredonia, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
