Football Recap: Centerville Takes a Loss

If Centerville was feeling good fresh off their 55-30 takedown of Albia last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Big Reds/Redettes took a blow against the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs on Friday, falling 58-30. The Big Reds/Redettes have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Having lost for the first time this season, Centerville fell to 7-1. As for Prairie City-Monroe, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

As of now, neither Centerville nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
