Volleyball Recap: College Station Gets the Win

After losing to Oak Ridge the last time they met, College Station decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cougars came out on top in a nail-biter against the War Eagles on Friday, sneaking past 2-1.

Despite the loss, Oak Ridge still got an impressive performance from Guen Blackburn, who had ten assists and nine digs.

College Station's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Oak Ridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

College Station wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Seven Lakes on the 15th. As for Oak Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Magnolia on the 15th.
