Everglades's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Taravella Trojans, posting a 50-8 win at home. The game marked the Gators' most dominant victory of the season.
CARLOS WILSON JR was a one-man wrecking crew for Everglades as he threw for 234 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 passes.
Everglades didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as JABORI WALTON, CLAYTON BELLAMY, BRAYLON OSCAR, and WALTER MANNING picked up one apiece. After each having a week off, Everglades and Pembroke Pines Charter will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on October 17th. Pembroke Pines Charter is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 36 points per game this season. As for Taravella, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Coral Glades at 7:00 p.m. on October 17th.
