Mark Twain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Macon Tigers out 50-47. For Mark Twain, this counts as revenge for the 69-43 victory Macon walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Mark Twain was led to victory by Adalynne Means and Ella Moss. Means went 5 for 12 en route to 18 points and six rebounds, while Moss went 5 of 6 on her way to 12 points and three steals. Moss is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played. Jenna Ross also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
