Volleyball Recap: Vista Ridge Takes a Loss

The Vista Ridge Rangers didn't have quite enough to beat the Waxahachie Indians on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Jennavee Jensen paced Vista Ridge's offense, picking up 16 kills. Jensen got some help from Lilly Gowan and her 18 assists. Finally, Abby Norling kept Vista Ridge's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Vista Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Waxahachie, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-7.

Vista Ridge has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Reedy on the 23rd. As for Waxahachie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Argyle on the 23rd.
