Soccer Recap: Fort Campbell Takes a Loss

Fort Campbell lost against University Heights back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons lost 5-2 to the Blazers. That's two games in a row now that Fort Campbell have lost by exactly three goals.

DYLAN MCDONALD and JULIO MARROQUIN scored both of Fort Campbell's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

This is the second loss in a row for Fort Campbell and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for University Heights, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Campbell will welcome Christian County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for University Heights, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Daviess County at 7:00 p.m. on September 2.
