Volleyball Game Preview: Las Lomas Knights vs. Northgate Broncos + Official Tickets

The Las Lomas Knights will venture away from home to face off against the Northgate Broncos at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Las Lomas is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games.

On Tuesday, Las Lomas beat Acalanes 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Acalanes scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 26-24, 21-25, 25-20, 25-19.

Northgate not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Berean Christian.

One reason for the win was Northgate's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-14.

Las Lomas' record is now 14-5. As for Northgate, their record now sits at 13-8.

Las Lomas took their win against Northgate when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
