Western Michigan Christian entered their tilt with Covenant Christian on Monday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They never let the Chargers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.

Not much got past Will Liggett, who gave up just a hit and racked up seven Ks to keep Covenant Christian off the board. Liggett has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Western Michigan Christian's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Alex Wagenmaker, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. That's the most runs Wagenmaker has posted over his last 11 contests.

Western Michigan Christian's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Covenant Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-16.
