Kali Padilla posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she tossed five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
