After a string of 13 wins, St. James's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Socastee Braves, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Sharks have suffered since September 11th.

While St. James ultimately came up short, they really made Socastee work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 27-25, 25-20.

St. James' defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Socastee, they pushed their record up to 17-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
