Parker had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans 37-14 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Broncs, who have now won seven games by 23 points or more so far this season.

Parker didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Tito Aguilar and Daviano Fisher. Fisher is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Despite the loss, Scottsdale Preparatory Academy had strong showings from Will Ryken, who rushed for 83 yards and one score on only 11 carries, and Braxton Whittington, who picked up 120 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Parker pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points over those games. As for Scottsdale Preparatory Academy, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Looking ahead, Parker will take on Arizona Lutheran Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Coyotes' defense has only allowed 9.4 points per game this season, so the Broncs' offense will have their work cut out for them. Scottsdale Preparatory Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
