Soccer Game Preview: Yulee vs. Atlantic Coast

The Yulee Hornets are taking a road trip to square off against the Atlantic Coast Stingrays at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlantic Coast took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Yulee, who comes in off a win.

Yulee is headed into the match having not lost since December 13 and will look to keep things rolling. They had just enough and edged Fernandina Beach out 3-2 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Atlantic Coast's offense. They lost 4-0 to Mandarin on Wednesday. The Stingrays haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Yulee has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those six games. As for Atlantic Coast, they now have a losing record at 6-7-3.

Yulee might still be hurting after the 5-1 defeat they got from Atlantic Coast when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Yulee avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
