Basketball Recap: Canadian Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Canadian challenged Haworth on Friday. The Canadian Cougars took a 57-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Haworth Lions. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.

Canadian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Haworth, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14.

Canadian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Haworth, they have already played their next game, a 64-49 loss against Wright City on the 15th.
