Softball Recap: Johnstown Comes Up Short

Johnstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs, falling 14-1.

Julianna Kohot spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and ten unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up nine Ks.

Johnstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Johnstown will challenge Gloversville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they will face off against Taconic Hills at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
