After losing to C.B. Aycock the last time they met, West Johnston decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats blew past the Golden Falcons 8-3 on Wednesday. Considering West Johnston have won six contests by more than four goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit C.B. Aycock with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from BROOKE BAIS (4), MADISON KNIGHT (2), LOLA ORTIZ, and JORDAN BASS.

West Johnston's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-5-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 42 goals over those five games. As for C.B. Aycock, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-6-1 record.
