After a string of seven wins, Aspen's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Standley Lake Gators.

Among those leading the charge was Alivia Lambrecht-Gardner, who had 13 assists and seven digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six contests.

Aspen's loss dropped their record down to 12-2. As for Standley Lake, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aspen will challenge Coal Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Standley Lake, they will take on Wheat Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
