Football Game Preview: Washington Bluejays vs. North Point Grizzlies

The Washington Bluejays will take on the North Point Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Washington has given up an average of 29.3 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Washington faced off against Liberty on Friday. The Bluejays came up short against the Eagles, falling 42-20. Bluejays fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Eagles since Friday.

Meanwhile, North Point and Fort Zumwalt South were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but North Point suffered a 29-28 defeat. The loss was the Grizzlies' first of the season.

Washington's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for North Point, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Washington barely slipped by North Point in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 24-23. Do the Bluejays have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Grizzlies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
