Highland falls despite strong effort from Ty Goeckner

Recap: Highland Huskies vs. Troy Trojans
After a string of three wins, the Highland Huskies's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a serious blow against Troy, falling 80-46. The contest was a close 30-27 at the break, but unfortunately for Highland it sure didn't stay that way.
Despite the loss, Highland still got an impressive performance from Ty Goeckner, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 18 rebounds. Goeckner hasn't dropped below ten rebounds for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Trevor Knowlton, who scored four points along with 11 rebounds and two steals.
Highland's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-7. As for Troy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.
Highland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Troy also has no future games currently scheduled.
