Midland Christian came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.4 points), and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Granbury Pirates 58-30. The Mustangs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since November 14th (when they won 64-16).

Midland Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Granbury, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Midland Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 59-51 loss against Wylie on the 5th. As for Granbury, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-34 defeat against Palo Duro on the 5th.
