Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tenafly). Everything went their way against the Ferris Bulldogs on Thursday as the Tenafly Tigers made off with a 31-6 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won three games in a row.
Tenafly didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Troy Knause and O'Shea Liles.
The win got Tenafly back to even at 4-4. As for Ferris, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
Tenafly will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bergenfield at 6:00 p.m. on November 7th. Ferris does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
