Round Rock has gone 9-1 against Round Rock Westwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Dragons will host the Warriors at 1:00 p.m. Round Rock is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Round Rock barely beat Hutto the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dragons were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Hippos on Friday. Considering the Dragons have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Monday Round Rock Westwood sidestepped Hutto for a 5-4 win.

Jake Jones was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February.

Round Rock Westwood has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-12-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Round Rock, their win bumped their record up to 19-3-2.

Round Rock was able to grind out a solid victory over Round Rock Westwood in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 8-3. Do the Dragons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
