Basketball Recap: Glacier Comes Up Short

Glacier was the 63-40 winner over Hellgate when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Glacier Wolfpack fell to the Hellgate Knights 56-52. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 105th, while the Knights are ranked 27th).

Zane Gillhouse continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hellgate, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Easton Sant, who posted nine points and eight assists.

Glacier's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hellgate, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Glacier has already played their next game (against Sentinel), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hellgate has already played their next matchup, a 64-56 victory against Flathead on the 1st.
