Jackson Heavner Turns in Season-Best Effort

On Friday, Cherryville got the W thanks in part to Jackson Heavner playing the best football he has all season. Heavner rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also picked up 69 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Cherryville moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak. Heavner's next game is against Thomas Jefferson on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
