Bronson has gone a perfect 10-0 against Cedar Key recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Sharks at 6:00 p.m. Bronson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Bell hit Bronson with a four-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles lost 10-0 to the Bulldogs. The game marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Cedar Key was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against West Port, falling 26-7. On the bright side, the seven- run performance marked the Sharks' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Cedar Key saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was K Kiss, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run. C Cullinan also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Cedar Key's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Bronson, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Bronson beat Cedar Key 7-2 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
