The high-scoring effort was just what Chinle needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

Hage Tsosie was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). Tsosie was even better at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

In other batting news, Mackaden Arthur was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing five bases while going 2-for-5. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Mitchell, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
