Volleyball Recap: Bishop Shanahan Takes a Loss

Bishop Shanahan and Spring-Ford squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Bishop Shanahan had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Rams. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Spring-Ford got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lola Dirico out in front who had ten digs. Another player making a difference was Alanna Bricker, who had 13 digs and two assists.

Bishop Shanahan's loss dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for Spring-Ford, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 29-0.

Bishop Shanahan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Spring-Ford, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Pine-Richland on the 15th.
