Basketball Recap: Eric Batchelor's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Elite Scholars Academy over Heathwood Hall Episcopal

They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-40 heartbreaker at the hands of the Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders. The match marked the Royal Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Elite Scholars Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Eric Batchelor, who posted nine points. Those nine points gave Batchelor a new career-high. Xavier Charles-Jones was another key player, putting up ten points along with six boards and three steals.
