Basketball Recap: Oklahoma City S Victorious

Oklahoma City S's tournament run continued when they took on El Paso on Saturday. The Oklahoma City S Storm came out on top against the El Paso Tigers by a score of 64-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Storm.

Isreal Fugett had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 boards. Those 23 points gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Leonard, who posted eight points and three steals.

Oklahoma City S's record now sits at 9-14. As for El Paso, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oklahoma City S will head out to square off against Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for El Paso, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on San Elizario at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
