Defeat or not, First Baptist got some senior leadership from Meredith Quinn and Georgia Alford. Quinn dropped a double-double on 21 points and 18 boards, while Alford posted eight points and 11 boards. With that strong performance, Quinn is now averaging an impressive 8.4 rebounds per game.

Even though they lost, First Baptist smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 20 consecutive games.

Everything came up roses for First Baptist against Cambridge in their previous meeting back in December of 2020, as the team secured a 56-19 win. In that contest, First Baptist amassed a halftime lead of 33-4, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
