Baseball Recap: Aberdeen Has No Trouble Against Ephrata

Aberdeen got themselves on the board against Ephrata on Saturday, but Ephrata never followed suit. They blew past the Tigers 10-0.

The result came thanks to Mason Hill's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Mylan Bruner, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Schreiber, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Aberdeen's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Ephrata, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Aberdeen will have a chance to go back-to-back against Ephrata: the pair will be back at it again later today.
