Softball Game Preview: Ada Bulldogs vs. Elmwood Royals

The Ada Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Elmwood Royals at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Ada's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last five matches.

Ada's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Kalida with a sharp 17-0 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by ten runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Elmwood fell victim to Ayersville and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Pilots by a score of 1-0.

Ada's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Elmwood, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
