Basketball Game Preview: Quantico Warriors vs. Tandem Friends Badgers + How To Watch

Quantico hasn't had much luck against Tandem Friends recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Warriors are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on the Badgers at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Thursday, Quantico was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 4-0 to Veritas Collegiate Academy.

Meanwhile, Tandem Friends ended up a good deal behind Woodberry Forest on Tuesday and lost 81-63. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (62), the Badgers still had to take the loss.

Quantico will need to focus on slowing down Sean Tyler, one of several Tandem Friends players who made an impact when they last played. He posted 30 points. Tyler continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sincere Fordham, who earned 17 points.

Quantico's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tandem Friends, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Quantico lost to Tandem Friends on the road by a decisive 59-40 margin in their previous meeting back in February. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
