Football Game Preview: West Covina Bulldogs vs. Northview Vikings + How To Watch

West Covina has won three straight games at home, while Northview has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. West Covina will be strutting in after a victory while Northview will be coming in after a defeat.

On Thursday, West Covina made easy work of Diamond Ranch and carried off a 35-13 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Northview's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They and Alta Loma were almost perfectly matched up, but the Vikings suffered a 21-20 loss. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Northview didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Isaiah Lucero and Jaishon Bledsoe. Rudy Velazquez was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 17 total tackles.

Northview's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-2. As for West Covina, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 7-2.
