It was a good run, but Owasso unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Moore Lions by a score of 2-1. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2022.

The 2-1 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Owasso's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Moore, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Owasso didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Broken Arrow on the 22nd. As for Moore, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Edmond Memorial on the 22nd.
