Columbia strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wellington Dukes 35-6. With the Raiders ahead 21-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Xavier Hendon and Jose Rivera. Hendon rushed for 116 yards and one TD while picking up 7.3 yards per carry while Rivera rushed for 47 yards and a pair of scores. Those 116 rushing yards gave Hendon a new career-high. Wesley Sanders got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Columbia's run defense was locked in: Wellington could only muster 1.8 yards per carry. The team can thank Peyton Liedtke for the heroic effort on defense: he. Columbia didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged six.

Columbia's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Wellington, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
