Basketball Recap: Odyssey Institute Takes a Loss

Odyssey Institute lost against Highland Prep back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Odyssey Institute Minotaur took a blow against the Highland Prep Honey Badgers, falling 73-31.

Paxton Clarke continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Highland Prep, going 10 of 14 en route to 28 points. Another player making a difference was Aeden Calini, who posted four points along with 16 rebounds and five assists.

Odyssey Institute's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Highland Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Odyssey Institute has already played their next game (against ALA - West Foothills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Highland Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-47 win against River Valley on the 29th.
