Softball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 24-0 to the Monarch Knights. The game marked the first time this year in which the Hurricanes were not able to get on the board.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Monarch, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northeast will take on Hollywood Hills on Tuesday. As for Monarch, they will welcome Plantation at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
