St. Clair has relied on a stalwart pitcher averaging 2.89  runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit  on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Dakota Cougars  11-10. The game was the first time the Saints have beaten the Cougars on their field since May 8, 2018.

As for Dakota, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-12 record  this season.
