Softball Recap: Russia Takes a Loss

Russia was the 10-9 winner over Covington when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell just short of the Buccs by a score of 11-10 on Tuesday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Russia's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Covington, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-7.

Coming up, Russia will take on Shawnee at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Covington, they will venture away from home to face off against Milton-Union at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
