Softball Recap: Dardanelle Has No Trouble Against Cedarville

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mena, Dardanelle was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Cedarville Pirates with a sharp 13-2 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Sand Lizards considering their one-run performance the game before.

Dardanelle's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Cedarville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-11.
