            Baseball Recap: Homer-Center Wildcats vs. Cambria Heights Highlanders        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Homer-Center, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Cambria Heights Highlanders  3-2 on Wednesday. The  win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won three in a row.

  Noah Turk and  Braden Dunn did most of the damage at the plate:  Turk  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  stolen base and one  RBI, while  Dunn  scored two  runs and  stole  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. The dominant performance gave  Dunn a new career-high in  stolen bases.
The  victory  got Homer-Center back to even at 1-1. As for Cambria Heights, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Coming up, Homer-Center will welcome Northern Cambria  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Cambria Heights, they will take on Susquehanna Township at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
