Soccer Recap: Jackson Christian Comes Up Short

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Jackson Christian was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the University School of Jackson Bruins. Jackson Christian haven't had much luck with University School of Jackson recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Jackson Christian's goal came courtesy of Bryan Hart, which was the first he's scored this season.

Jackson Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for University School of Jackson, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-5.

Coincidentally, Jackson Christian and University School of Jackson will both be playing Trinity Christian Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will host the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Bruins will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
