Softball Recap: Peninsula's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Peninsula had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They skirted past the Southridge Suns 11-10. The win was familiar territory for the Seahawks, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Peninsula's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Southridge, their loss dropped their record down to 14-12.

Looking ahead, Peninsula will head out on the road to take on Sedro-Woolley at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. The Seahawks will need to watch out since the Cubs have now posted at least ten runs in their last ten games. Southridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
