Volleyball Recap: Hinsdale Central Takes a Loss

Hinsdale Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lyons Lions. The Red Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Hinsdale Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Lyons, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

Hinsdale Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Waubonsie Valley on the 20th. As for Lyons, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Wheaton North on the 20th.
