Soccer Recap: Sharpstown Has No Trouble Against Sterling

Sharpstown kept a clean sheet against Sterling on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 7-0 margin over the Sterling Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Apollos also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Sharpstown and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Sterling, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Sharpstown will head out to square off against Milby at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Milby's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Sterling, they will challenge Galena Park at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Galena Park will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Sterling surely won't give up without a fight.
