Basketball Recap: St. Michaels Comes Up Short

St. Michaels lost against Kent Island back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. Michaels Saints were dealt a 67-38 loss at the hands of the Kent Island Buccaneers. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Michaels' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Kent Island, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

St. Michaels will be home for the holidays to greet Kent County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kent Island and Colonel Richardson will compete for holiday cheer on Thursday. Colonel Richardson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Kent Island likes a good challenge.
