Pehrson Posts Huge Game in 58-20 Victory

Starting off the list is Murray's Sam Pehrson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Pehrson rushed for 204 yards and three touchdowns.

This year, Houston has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 143 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 15 passing yards per game.

He has become a key player for Murray: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 3-4 otherwise.

On Wednesday, Stansbury got the W thanks in part to Noah Syphus playing the best football he has all season. Syphus rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 37 receiving yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 73-yard run.

This season, Syphus has averaged 21.1 receiving yards per game.
