Volleyball Recap: Mashpee Beats Nantucket for Their Third Straight Win

Mashpee barely beat Nantucket the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons put the hurt on the Whalers with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on three straight.

Mashpee walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19, 25-21.

Mashpee's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Nantucket, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-11.

Mashpee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Carver on the 22nd. As for Nantucket, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Nauset Regional on the 22nd.
